    Guests are encouraged to bring in food or have it delivered (remember utensils!). However, please refrain from bringing outside beverages, as we offer full-service bars with a diverse range of beer, cocktails, and soft drinks to enhance your experience.

    You bet! We do not have an age restriction during the day. We love seeing families enjoy our space together. Minors are more than welcome with adult supervision until 9pm. However, after 9pm until close, only grown-ups 21+ are allowed.

    HECK YES! We are a dog-friendly establishment that welcomes leashed dogs inside and on our patios. However, during peak times, we reserve the right to turn dogs away to ensure the comfort of our furry friends and human guests.

    Yes! We have an outdoor terrace on the second floor at Pins Pittsburgh.

    Pins Mechanical Co. is committed to providing accessibility for all our guests, including those with disabilities. All of our locations and duckpin bowling lanes are wheelchair accessible. We offer designated accessible parking spaces conveniently located near our entrance, ensuring ease of access for individuals with mobility needs. We also offer ramps/elevators in the case of multiple floors.

    Additionally, our facilities feature accessible restrooms equipped with accommodations to cater to the requirements of our guests with disabilities. We strive to create an inclusive and welcoming environment for everyone to enjoy their duckpin bowling and entertainment experience to the fullest.

  • What is the ID policy at Pins Pittsburgh?

    We accept the following valid, physical forms of ID:

    • US driver’s license
    • State-issued ID
    • Military ID
    • Passport

    Note: We do not accept paper or digital IDs.

  • What items are not permitted at Pins Pittsburgh?

    For the safety and comfort of our guests, weapons of any kind — including knives and firearms — are strictly prohibited. Management reserves the right to determine other prohibited or offensive items. If necessary, you may return such items to your vehicle before entering.

    We don’t have a bag type/size policy, but bags may be subject to search if security or management has concerns.

    While outside drinks are not allowed, you're welcome to bring in food or have it delivered. (Don’t forget utensils!)

  • What are acceptable forms of payment at Pins Pittsburgh?

    Pins Pittsburgh is a 100% cashless bar, we only accept credit or debit cards for payment (we accept all major credit/debit cards). We also accept Apple Pay, but please note that we cannot start tabs with Apple Pay, so each purchase will be closed out individually.

    Be sure to bring your card with you to keep the good times rolling! Most of our activities and arcade games are free to play, except duckpin bowling (purchase games at The Cage), pinball, bubble hockey, foosball, and ping pong.

    Note: Pinball, bubble hockey, foosball, and ping pong require quarters to play. We have coin machines available for cash-to-quarters exchanges to play these games. Cash/coins may not be exchanged at the bar.

    Note: You are able to purchase Pins gift cards with cash or card.

  • What happens if I forget to close my tab?

    Please be aware that any open tabs will be closed at the end of the night, and a 25% gratuity will be added to the bill's pre-discounted total. This ensures that our hard working teams are compensated for their service.

  • How can I get a receipt from my visit?

    To request a copy of your receipt, send an email to hello@pinsbar.com. In the email, please include the following information:

    • The date of your visit
    • The location you visited
    • The last four digits of the credit card used
    • Your phone number

    A member of the Pins team will retrieve your receipt and send you a digital copy. They will contact you if any additional information is required.
